With a name inspired by the infinite cycle of products, reusing the materials from which they are made as much as possible without polluting the environment, its focus is on people, sustainability and, of course, innovation. An initiative of our company built by people and for the planet, for the pleasure of creating solutions.
Thus, in addition to representing the innovative pillars of Pisani, this core also defends the cause of human beings and the ecosystem of which it is a part, seeking innovative solutions, whether through research or partnerships with other companies that also have this purpose.

IML RFID
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology uses electromagnetic waves to access data stored on a microchip, and was invented in 1973.
We apply this existing technology to our products with IML, which is the integration of a tag into the product during the injection process. As a result, the tag is melted onto the surface of the product and they become one. Thus, our products now offer:
- Smart RTI (Returnable Transport Packaging): The RFID tag placed on the container makes each pallet box unique and smart.
- DNA: The long-lasting IML RFID tag is an integral part of the RTI and cannot be removed.
- External temperature: In-mold tags withstand humidity and extreme temperatures.
- Resistant: The IML tag is scratch and crack resistant and cannot be removed even with high pressure washing.
Unlike barcode reading, RFID does not require queue of sight, and multiple tags can be read simultaneously without any human intervention. It is possible to fully automate the tracking of RTIs at any known point in the supply chain in real time.

Antimicrobial
Antimicrobial technology refers to methods and materials that inhibit or eliminate pathogenic microorganisms. This technology is used in several areas, such as packaging for contact with food, disinfectants, coatings, among other applications.
To ensure that our products have antimicrobial properties in specific applications, we use an antimicrobial additive in the material formulation, together with the polymeric resin.
Its main applications within Pisani are in pig and poultry products, such as cages and floors. Its use in these products inhibits the proliferation of microorganisms and prevents the migration of bacteria from animal to product, reducing/eliminating cross-contamination.

HT
High Temperature (HT) polymers are a popular choice in many applications due to their combination of light weight, strength and ability to withstand harsh conditions. This technology is found in CN 10 and CN 28 F products of Pisani.
These polymers are used in a wide range of applications, both in industry and in other segments, such as the food and automotive industries, among others, because they offer:
- Thermal resistance: They can withstand higher temperatures compared to other polymers.
- Chemical resistance: They are resistant to many chemicals, solvents and acids, making them ideal for industrial applications.
- Low density: They are lighter, which makes them easier to handle and apply in various industries.
- Mechanical properties: They maintain rigidity and toughness at higher temperatures, allowing parts to retain their shape and functionality during application.

ESD
ESD means Electrostatic Discharge, which is the accumulation of electrical charge by an object, due to friction, contact or even a charge that is already on the electronic components due to some potential difference and which then discharges this accumulated charge onto another object.
Naturally, commodity plastics such as polypropylene (PP) are strong electrical insulators. Therefore, polymeric products must be specifically formulated for this application.
The Pisani ESD queue offers products formulated in polypropylene, which have additives that reduce the surface resistivity (p) of the polymers to a specific value that causes the accumulation of electrostatic charge to be discharged in a controlled manner, neither abruptly nor too slowly, in order to protect the electronic components.

COLD BOX
Together with Ita Fria, we have created the returnable cooler box, a unique and exclusive product, produced in Brazil, which meets the demand of companies that make deliveries or work with distribution centres and need to supply their own network. The partner company has a technology capable of keeping Pisani boxes cool for longer.
An economical solution that, as it is returnable, reduces environmental impact: the Cold Box has undergone tests that prove its effectiveness in maintaining the temperature of heat-sensitive products, in addition to meeting all the quality standards required by health authorities.
Testing at high temperatures has proven its use for the following products:
- From 2 °C to 8 °C for up to 48 hours (with 2 units of CLIO GEL MOD 2000).
- From 0 °C to -25 °C for up to 10 hours (with 2 units of CLIO COLD MOD 2000).
