Pisani Plásticos

1973

Pisani Plásticos S.A. was founded through a joint venture between Germano Pisani Ltda. with D.W. Plastic from Belgium, which changed the future of packaging for the beverage and food industries. Soon Pisani began designing and manufacturing its own molds, diversified its product line and developed technologies to optimize the recycling process, thus offering yet another service to client.

1995

The continuous and dynamic growth required the construction of a new industrial plant in Pindamonhangaba (SP), strategically located in the country’s economic center.

1998

The high level of professionalization and competitiveness practiced by Pisani Plásticos S.A. attracts the LINPAC Group, which joins the society.

2002

The company’s skills continue to grow, enabling it to enter the auto parts market, with Volkswagen and General Motors being as its first customers.

2009

The founding partners, through the Pisani family holding, together with two investment fund managers, CRP and TVB, assume the participation of LINPAC, now Pisani Plásticos S.A.

 

2011

Operations begin at the factory in Recife (PE), for a stronger presence in the Northeast region market.
