Pisani products optimize Carapitanga's production process.

Currently, female employees at the Pernambuco unit who work in this sector place a Pisani basket, model CS 13, inside the plastic crate, model CN 36. This crate allows for easy sanitation and sterilization, and can be supplied with holes in the bottom and/or handles to facilitate cleaning. When peeling the shrimp, only the fillet remains in the basket, not exceeding 5 kilograms. Thus, when these employees need to take the fillet to the packaging area, they can transport just the weight of the basket's contents, which also functions as a strainer.
