Andreza Santos Frazão de Lima, Paulista/PE

“I started my career at Pisani in 2014 as a Production Assistant. Day by day, I kept seeking knowledge and always dedicating myself to the activities within my reach. Thus, I had the opportunity to be invited to become a Lead Assistant in 2015. Then in 2021, I received a new challenge and didn't think twice about seizing an opportunity that would make me grow mentally and professionally: becoming an Administrative Assistant. Working at Pisani continues to be a pleasure even after 9 years, because it is a company that is always willing to help me grow. Being here is the primary factor for my professional growth!”

Berenice Corso do Amaral, Caxias do Sul/RS

“My journey at Pisani began in 2012 when I started as a Cleaning Assistant. I was able to learn a bit more about the company in 2015 when I took on the role of Logistics Assistant. But since I was already a mother and thinking about the future for myself and my family, I always aspired to a better future. I learned and developed my knowledge within the company and subsequently took on the challenge of becoming a Billing Assistant. 

Back then, computers felt like rocket science to me! But I developed good work within the company and was subsequently challenged to take on a leadership role in March 2022. I am very grateful to the company for the growth opportunity I had during these 11 years, which has allowed me to achieve many personal aspirations.”

Carmen Lucia Cipriano, Pindamonhangaba/SP

“My journey at Pisani started when I was 34 years old and joined the production sector as an Injection Machine Assistant, where I had my first contact with the industrial process. Since then, along the way, I've had opportunities to transition through departments such as shipping and logistics. These experiences allowed me to reaffirm my passion for what I do, make a difference, and consequently generate results. 

Today, at 48 years old, I work in the company's tax department. It's been 15 years of many achievements and accomplishments. To wrap up, I say: work! Work allows us to dream, and I have always dreamed big!”

Claudilene de Fátima Pereira, Pindamonhangaba/SP 

“I am honored to represent the women of the Pisani team, each with her own unique style. I wish everyone a happy day! 

I have eleven years with the company and remember my first day of work, when I was just a woman wanting to join the team, a head of household aiming for a better life. Through days of learning, opportunities appeared, and by overcoming my limits and obstacles, I became the professional woman I am today. Gratitude to Pisani and the managers who were and are part of this journey. Grateful for the trust placed in my work.”

Fernanda Souza Alves da Silva, Caxias do Sul/RS

“My journey at Pisani began in 2003 with an internship in the financial department during the shift opposite to school hours. I liked the activities and the company atmosphere so much that I fell in love, and the 'seed of wanting to be part' of Pisani was planted.

In 2005, a permanent job opening arose, and I was hired to be responsible for the accounts receivable sector. The first step of my dream was coming true, and since then, I put on the Pisani shirt, started my degree, and developed professionally. Then, in 2018, I took on the role of Financial Supervisor.

During these 17 years that I've been part of Pisani, my feeling is one of pride! An ethical company that cares for its employees and has an incredible history.

I still have the same sparkle in my eyes as that teenager who embraced an opportunity and who has always been willing to make things work out!”
